The Role:

• Full time, Monday - Friday, No nights, no weekends
• Family Nurse Practitioner will be working alongside a team of APPs and Physicians experienced in Functional Medicine
• Provider will focus on the root cause with patients
• Services included hormone replacement therapy, sexual health services, weight loss program, aesthetic and cosmetic treatments

Background Desired:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• 1+ year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Strong interest and desire to work in functional medicine
