Position Description

Bear Paw Chiropractic is currently providing chiropractic and rehabilitation care to patients of all ages. We specialize the health of all patients of all ages, particularly in the health of  joints by incorporating movement and empower patients to take control of their health inside and out. Bear Paw Chiropractic is at the forefront of healthcare in the Kingwood, Humble, Atascosita area, and you would be on the ground floor of what promises to be huge for our community. 

Job duties for this positions include: 

  • Identify patient needs by conducting thorough evaluations and assessments, formulating accurate diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient based on their evaluation
  • Maximize patient health potential by setting clear, achievable goals and working toward improving or maintaining their health outcomes. 
  • Evaluation patient progress regularly to ensure treatment goals are being met and adjust plans as necessary. 
  • Collaborate with patient and families to coordinate care and support in implementing the treatment plan effectively.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team, delivering high-quality care and assisting in fostering a positive work environment
  • Act as a resource for ongoing care 
  • Support the achievement of company metrics related to productivity while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
  • Participate in networking opportunities to promote Bear Paw Chiropractic, attend local events, and build relationships within the community to expand our brand and services. 
  • Continuously engage in professional development through networking opportunities, educational events, and internal team meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well within a team
  • Proficiency in providing injections to minimize pain and promote joint healing
  • Maintain good standing licensure with Texas State Board 
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
