We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in functional medicine, women's health, and hormone optimization.

 We are moving to a brand new, state of the art wellness facility and have an established patient base that will allow you to grow professionally without having to market yourself as a provider. This is an opportunity to grow professionally without the risk that comes with starting a business. Experience preferred but will train ideal candidate through direct mentorship with the Nurse Practitioner (and founder of the Skin Clinic) that has over 15 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in family medicine and women's health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
•  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on functional medicine, metabolic health, and hormone management.
• Perform aesthetic procedures as needed, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and optimize patient outcomes.
•  Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in functional medicine and aesthetic treatments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Leadership

• Support the CEO and Practice Manager in implementing strategic initiatives to grow the wellness practice. 
• Participate in regular meetings with the providers and client experience team to align on goals and expectations.

Branding

• Ensure all guest interactions reflect The Skin Clinic Med Spa’s brand values and voice.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and aesthetic consistency in all public-facing areas.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and in-clinic promotions to drive patient engagement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Minnesota
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Strong interest or experience in functional medicine, women's health, and hormone management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
