Your Role as a Tectonic Health Practitioner:

You'll deliver comprehensive primary and urgent care services to employees of our partner companies through:

• Mobile Care Delivery: Bringing healthcare to workplaces, homes, or virtually – wherever best serves patients
• Comprehensive Assessment & Treatment: Managing acute conditions, chronic disease, preventive care, and health coaching
• Care Coordination: Serving as the hub of your patients' healthcare experience, seamlessly connecting with specialists when needed
• Population Health Impact: Addressing care gaps for traditionally underserved working populations who often lack access to consistent primary care

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed CRNP in Pennsylvania with at least 3+ years of clinical experience in family medicine/urgent care settings
• Comfort with independent decision-making and practicing with appropriate autonomy
• Excellent clinical assessment skills and broad knowledge of primary/urgent care conditions
• Strong communication abilities and genuine interest in building relationships with patients
• Technology proficiency with EHR systems and virtual care platforms
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field-based practice

Experience in direct primary care, urgent care, mobile medicine, or occupational health is highly valued
