Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join the Illinois Wesleyan Campus in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.

• PRN Position
• Schedule will be 8 hours/week one day a week
• Outpatient only position on Illinois Wesleyan Campus
• Clinic hours are Mon - Fri, 8 AM-4:30PM
• EMR
• Multi-specialty support in close proximity
• Physician-Led Organization
• Strength in mental health and family planning/women's health. 
• The clinic is a two-person clinic, must be able to work independently with physician supervision available virtually
• Looking for an educator that will also do preventative care with the campus community

Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license and Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant licensure
