Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Palliative Care department in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Position Details Include:

• Work collaboratively with a physician and other palliative care team members to deliver palliative care and related health services to patients and their families
• Reasonable volume, well-paced environment, and flexible schedule including 4x10 hour shifts – Monday through Friday with some weekend hours required
• Able to consult with specialists across the organization
• Position includes a blend of hospital rounding and consults as well as clinic, which is located adjacent to the hospital
• Experience with Adult Medicine and/or Pediatric Medicine preferred

Education Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant
• Board Certified AGNP, AGACNP, or Adult CNS - Board Eligible will be considered
• Experience working in Cardiology or Critical Care is a plus

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
