We are a regional community health center serving a thirty-seven town rural region in eastern Connecticut. Our dedicated staff offers a full range of primary care services, including medical, dental, and behavioral health care, as well as care coordination and community outreach. We also provide mobile programs and School Based Health Centers.

Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Providing age-appropriate care to patients
Performing office diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
Administering injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and managing infections
Counseling patients on therapeutic regimens, family planning, and health maintenance
Developing and implementing patient management plans
Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and compiling patient medical data
Ensuring continuity of care through progress notes and patient management
Skills You Need
M.S. or D.N.P degree from an accredited school of nursing
Board certification
Current licensure in the State of Connecticut or ability to obtain license
