Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate  Physicians Assistant to join our client’s healthcare team at a reputable non-profit organization The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients under the supervision of a physician, ensuring the best possible outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.

Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.

Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.

Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.

Perform minor surgical procedures and assist in major surgeries.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Participate in patient care team meetings and contribute to case discussions.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field.

Current Indiana licensure as a Physician Assistant.

Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Proven experience in a clinical setting working with patients of all ages 

Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
