Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Head and neck surgical oncology focus
• Post-operative and evaluation care - no OR assistance expected
• Collaborative team of RNs, MAs, APPs, and admin support

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 6:30a-4:30p
• Occasional weekend rounding (1 in 8 weekends)
• Full-time, 4 shifts per week

Procedures and Cases

• Head and neck oncology cases, primarily post-surgical care
• 25-30 patients/day in clinic, 12-15 inpatient floor census
• No surgical assisting required

Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant
• Active North Carolina license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 12 months of experience

Credentialing Requirements

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
