Summary
We’re hiring an independent, community-minded provider to join a well-established, full-scope outpatient family medicine practice in Chicago. This is a high-autonomy role perfect for a seasoned NP or an up-and-coming MD or Pediatrician who wants to build long-term patient relationships, contribute to a growing practice, and enjoy a supportive team environment. Patients span all ages, and you'll see an average of 20 per day.
Salary
$120,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and credentials. The practice is flexible and open to discussions outside this range for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
This is a primary care position focused on continuity and quality of care. You’ll manage chronic and acute conditions, conduct routine wellness and preventive visits, develop treatment plans, and collaborate closely with in-house staff and leadership. Diagnostic and prescribing authority required, along with confident EMR usage and a proactive approach to patient outcomes.
Qualifications
We’re open to board-certified or board-eligible MDs or DOs, licensed Nurse Practitioners (FNP preferred), or Pediatricians with family care experience. Newer providers who are driven, personable, and eager to grow with the practice are welcome to apply. Illinois state licensure (or eligibility) is required.
Preferred Attributes
You’re collaborative, independent, and passionate about outpatient medicine. You enjoy managing a consistent patient panel, thrive in fast-paced clinic settings, and bring a warm, approachable presence to your care. An interest in leadership or helping expand the clinic’s footprint is a plus.
