We are working with a local healthcare practice that is located in Hapeville!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our clients clinic. The Nurse Practitioner will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care to our patients in an outpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients via in-house imaging and physical examinations. Treatment commonly includes referrals to physical therapy, imaging, and interventional spine/joint injections completed by MDs.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough physical exams and assessments in conjunction with in-house imaging
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including therapy and procedure referrals
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines
• Support clinic operations by practicing at multiple metro Atlanta locations as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia
• Unrestricted APRN license in Georgia
• Experience in orthopedics or musculoskeletal care strongly preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care environment
