We are currently seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner fluent in Spanish to join our growing team and serve our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Perform physical examinations and assessments
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists as needed
• Refer patients to appropriate care or services

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Nursing (APRN)
• Active NYS Nurse Practitioner license and national certification
• Prescriptive authority
• Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience required
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Spanish is required
