Requirements
- Masters or Doctorate level education with current certification as Advance Practice Provider.
- Unrestricted Ambulatory or Medical staff privileges at one of the following: Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Nampa; Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Ontario; or Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Baker City
- The APCD shall be employed by SAMG as a 0.6 or greater clinical APP and 0.1 FTE administrative.
- Demonstrated proficiency in teamwork, performance analysis, presentation, collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive rapport with peers, colleagues, medical staff, and management.
- Knowledge of Word, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Outlook.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an APP.
