Position Description
Position: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Experience: 1-3 years of experience
Location: Internal Medicine practice in Swansea, Massachusetts
Schedule: Full-time (4-5 days per week), no nights, weekends, or holiday on-call duties
Key Responsibility: Independently manage patient care under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician
Education And Experience Required
Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Hold a valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certificate
Possess a Massachusetts controlled substances registration
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential
Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR (voice recognition and AI software for documentation)
Facilities And Support
Access to specialists and testing facilities at the main campus, including:
Laboratory services
Radiology
Cardiac and pulmonary testing
Allergy services
GI endoscopy
Physical therapy
Infectious diseases
Swansea location provides phlebotomy and X-ray services
