Salary

$90,000–$125,000 (flexible based on experience) + benefits

Job Responsibilities

Deliver individualized care tailored to each patient’s medical needs and lifestyle factors

Provide care for patients across all age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics

Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals

Offer comprehensive treatment options to ensure optimal health and wellness

Qualifications

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Certification

DEA license for Indiana

BLS certification
