Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Family Medicine (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: San Fernando, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $150,000–$190,000/year (DOE)

A growing community health clinic in San Fernando is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Nurse Practitioner to join their Family Medicine team. This role offers meaningful work with underserved populations in a collaborative and autonomous care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, exams, and develop care plans
• Order and interpret tests, labs, and diagnostics
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
• Educate patients and families about care and prevention
• Complete clinical documentation (e.g., disability forms, DMV, INS letters)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings
• Provide guidance to Medical Assistants

Requirements:

• Active California RN & APRN licenses
• National APRN board certification
• Current BLS, DEA registration, and Furnishing License
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
• 2–3 years of experience preferred (flexible based on fit)
• Experience in FQHC or community health setting is a plus
