Position Title
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Summary
Our client is a leading clinic, seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver evidence-based care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and support wellness through preventative services. Working under physician protocols, the provider will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and educate patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care. Fulltime or Part-time: Clinic operating hours: M: 9-7 T: 7-5 W: 9-4 R: 1-6 F: 6-2
Salary
$65–$85/hour, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients for injury, illness, and chronic conditions.
Perform wellness physicals and pre-employment exams.
Provide health screenings and disease prevention programs.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Oversee respirator and auditory testing conducted by staff.
Provide age-appropriate interventions and patient education.
Report cases to medical director and client managers.
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
Uphold ethical standards and operate within the defined scope of practice.
Collaborate with team members and make appropriate referrals.
Assist in other clinical areas as needed.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Licensed and certified as an NP or PA in the state of Wisconsin.
DEA registration and prescriptive authority.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Relevant Clinical Experience.
Current BLS and ACLS certification.
Certified DOT examiner preferred.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
