Position Description

A well-established private practice in a growing Oregon mountain community is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their growing team.

Situated in a mountainous city near the coast, this family medicine practice boasts riverfront views, friendly communities, and endless outdoor recreation.

Position:

4-day work week - Monday to Thursday, 8-5 pm.

100% outpatient care, internal or family medicine.

15k sign-on and 5k for relocation.

Full ancillary support with dedicated Medical Assistant and mentorship from tenured providers.

Competitive base salary with RVU and quality bonuses.
