A national addiction treatment organization in the Manchester, Maine Area is seeking a Part-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team! 

This organization specializes in working with patients with opioid addiction and provide effective medication assisted treatment.  They also have a great reputation for their outpatient counseling program.

Responsibilities:

• As the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing medical services and prescribing medications to patients under the guidance of the Medical Director.
• Provide patient and staff education
• Admit patients and ensure safe induction to a therapeutic blocking dose.
• Medical exams, monitoring, referrals, and reviews
• Weekly multi-disciplinary team meeting to discuss the complex patients and their care plan
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation in patient record

Schedule: Onsite & Part-time

• 12-20 hours per week
• Ideal Schedule: Hours between Wed-Friday, 6-8 hours/day

Hourly Rate:  $71-76/hour

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant in Maine
• 1+ year of experience with psychiatric/mental health/substance use treatment services as an NP OR PA, highly preferred
