Their cardiac surgery program is well-respected in the region and provides essential services to patients throughout northern Michigan.

Opportunity: Board Certified - CTS APP

This is an excellent opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join a reputable cardiac surgery program. The position offers a favorable schedule with reasonable clinical demands and the support of a comprehensive healthcare team.

Job Details:

• 8-hour on-site inpatient shifts with remainder on-call coverage
• Providers typically arrive between 6:00-6:30 AM and can leave once patient care is completed (usually around 3:00 PM)
• Inpatient responsibilities only - no clinic duties
• Duties include OR, hospital rounding, and ICU coverage
• Vein harvesting skills required
• 24/7 call support with reasonable patient volume
• ICU experience preferred
• Assignment dates needed: 6/27/25-8/1/2025
• Active Michigan license required (not accepting IMLC)
• Must be COVID vaccinated
• Local Michigan providers preferred
