Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut
  • Eligible for DEA and state narcotic registration
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication & cultural competence
  • Comfortable with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • 1-2 years' experience in ambulatory/urgent care preferred
