Position Description

Full-Time Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care / Acute Care

Location: Ohio (License required or willing to obtain)

Schedule: Day Shifts | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner looking to make a meaningful impact? We're hiring a Board-Certified NP for a full-time role supporting patients in acute care and palliative/hospice settings.

What We're Looking For

Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in acute care, palliative care, or hospice
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Active Ohio NP License (or willingness to obtain)
