Practice Setting

• Outpatient spine clinic
• Team includes MDs, APPs, nurses, and support staff
• All spine care - surgical follow-up, evaluations, nonprocedural
• Well-established flow and support

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• No nights or weekends
• Full-time preferred; long-term assignment

Cases and Procedures

• Spine-only panel: ortho and neuro backgrounds
• No procedures - purely clinical care and follow-ups
• 14-16 patients/day

Requirements

• NP with NY license, DEA, and BLS
• At least 1 year of spine-specific experience
• Open to Ortho, Neuro, or Interventional Pain backgrounds

Travel Accommodations

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage covered
