The Nurse Practitioner plays a key role in providing high-quality care and support to patients through thorough clinical assessments, collaborative treatment planning, and effective care implementation. This role requires interpreting diagnostic results and developing individualized treatment plans.

This is an on-site role in Southlake, TX

Compensation

Compensation- $65 hourly Commission - averaging $75-85 hourly. While this is not a “sales” role, our Nurse Practitioners are well-commissioned on many of the products and services our clients enjoy.

Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment

• Conduct thorough physical examinations independently.
• Identify patient needs regarding preventative care (including in-depth evaluation of hormone status), medical conditions, medications and therapeutic regimens.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  
  

Planning and Implementation

• Establish care goals, considering physical and emotional factors, and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate patient care, review laboratory diagnostics (and occasional imaging), and initiate treatment regimens within protocol guidelines.
  
  

Patient Education and Referrals

• Provide patient education on preventative care (emphasis on hormone replacement therapy), treatment plans, and therapeutic regimens.
  
  

Evaluation and Documentation

• Assess treatment effectiveness and adapt care plans based on patient progress.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
  
  

Leadership and Administrative Support

• Assist in achieving program objectives and participate in policy and procedure reviews.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, ensuring alignment with clinic goals.
  
  

Professional Development

• Pursuing continuing education to maintain clinical expertise and credentials. Annual allowance given towards tuition for CME. Tuition covered for the initial in-depth didactic and hands-on training in Southlake (two-day training), resulting in EVEXIPEL Provider Certification.

• Proven experience in caregiving and practical training sufficient to excel in practice.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to compose professional correspondence and facilitate effective telephone communication.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience adhering to standards consistent with best practices in the medical community.
• Ability to manage diverse patient interactions and contribute to maintaining an efficient clinical environment.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a dynamic healthcare setting.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
• A commitment to delivering patient-centered care with empathy and respect.
