Opportunity: ACLS-OR First Assist

This is a full-time locum tenens opportunity for an OR First Assist with ACLS certification. The position requires availability for a regular schedule plus call coverage, making it ideal for providers seeking a consistent, long-term assignment rather than intermittent PRN work.

Job Details:

• Full-time position requiring 36-40 hours per week plus weekend calls
• Monday through Friday schedule with call approximately every 5 weekends
• Regular work shift is 6am-6pm in-house
• Call shifts are 6pm-6:30am from home (not in-house)
• Weekend call runs from Friday 6pm through Monday 6:30am
• Primarily OR duties with some ICU floor time required
• Experience with endoscopic vessel harvesting (EVH) and first assist required
• Approximately 3-4 patient encounters per shift
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-120 days
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice coverage included.
