Salary

$90,000–$125,000, flexible based on experience, with a full benefits package.

Job Responsibilities

Provide individualized care tailored to each patient’s medical needs and lifestyle. Treat patients across all age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical staff. Deliver comprehensive care plans and promote health and wellness.

Qualifications

Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA). Active DEA license for Indiana. Current BLS certification.
