AZ Laser Studio is a trusted and established Advanced Medical Spa known for delivering safe, evidence-based aesthetic and wellness treatments in a professional, client-focused environment. We specialize in advanced injectables, facial services, laser services, hormone optimization, weight loss and more.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to take over a loyal, existing client base and grow your own book in a supportive and well-equipped setting.

Position Summary:
The Aesthetic Injector will perform a range of aesthetic treatments including multiple brands of neuromodulators, dermal fillers, bio stimulators, threads, peptide therapy, and hormone replacement. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, client-centered and possess a natural ability to educate clients about various treatment options. This candidate can fully consult with patients in all areas of aesthetic medicine to create treatment plans that will best address the clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, threads peptides, and hormone replacement
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain detailed and compliant medical records and treatment documentation
• Educate clients on treatment options, pre/post-care, and ongoing maintenance
• Provide a high level of professionalism, safety, and care in every interaction
• Engage with clients to support treatment adherence and retention
• Take initiative in growing a personal client base through relationship-building and referrals
• Collaborate closely with the medical spa team to support overall client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted NP or NMD license in the State of Arizona
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as an aesthetic injector
• Clinical experience with peptides and hormone therapy strongly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to educate clients and present treatment options confidently
• Sales experience within a clinical or aesthetic setting is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and client-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour plus commission and bonus
