We are seeking a dedicated psychiatric physicians assistant (PA) or mental health nurse practitioner (MHNP) to join our healthcare team in Pensacola, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health care and providing comprehensive psychiatric services to our short-term rehab and long-term care patients in skilled nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Provide therapy and counseling to individuals and groups (as needed)
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options

You will be a part of an integrated team with a primary care physician and nurse practitioner, and psychologist or LPC. Compensation:
Expected compensation is Fee for Service range of $55,000 to $67,000 with no cap productivity income potential.

Experience:

• Skilled nursing facility: 1 year (preferred)
• PMHNP or Psych PA: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

• Florida PA or NP license (required)
• Must be already living in Pensacola, Florida area
