About the Role

We’re seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to provide primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based, family-centered care with a focus on wellness, prevention, and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for pediatric patients, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and education

• Partner with families to promote child health and development

• Collaborate with experienced pediatricians while maintaining autonomy in practice

• Average patient load: ~25 patients per day

• Practice schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

  • One full weekday off

  • Evening hours (until 7 PM) once a week, usually in the winter months.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN and NP license in Indiana

• Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or PPCNP)

• New grads and experienced PNPs are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: Negotiable; $100,000 – $115,000, based on experience
