We’re Recruiting! Family Nurse Practitioners to join Heartland Health Services in Peoria, IL. 

Heartland Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). They are Dedicated to their Patients, Efficiency, Quality of Care, Improving patient Health Outcomes as well as patient Satisfaction.

The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of work experience as a Nurse Practitioner with an Illinois license and DEA. Must be compassionate and truly care how healthcare is delivered to each patient.  

Details of Position: 
•    Work Life Balance!
•    40 Hours per Week
•    No Weekends
•    5 Weeks accrued PTO- starting day 1
    
Comprehensive Compensation Package:        
•    110k-120k (Salary will be commensurate with experience)
•    10 Paid Holidays annually
