A patient-centered group in the heart of Salem, OR seeks a BE/BC Nurse Practitioner to join their team of over 30 providers rounding at Skilled Nursing Facilities.

The Opportunity:

$165,000 Base Salary Potential.

$6,000 Per Month Bonus Potential.

Round at Different Locations in Portland.
