Facility:

This facility is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with an average daily census of 12.7 patients. The emergency department is a Level 4 trauma center seeing approximately 45 patients daily. The facility offers comprehensive services including observation beds and OB care, with full nursing support staff and utilizes the Meditech EMR system.

Job Details:

• Three 12-hour shifts per week (10 AM to 10 PM) in the Emergency Department
• Working alongside one MD who staffs the ER 24/7
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• Providing standard emergency care in a Level 4 trauma center
• 3-month assignment (April through June) while facility recruits for a permanent provider
• Must be comfortable managing a variety of emergency cases
• North Dakota license required
• Required certifications: ACLS, TNCC, PALS, BLS, DEA
• Board certification required
