• Shift: Day 5x12-Hour (07:00 - 07:00)
• Patient Population: Ages 0-18, PICU and pediatrics

Job Requirements

• Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner License
• DEA License
• Certifications: PALS, BLS, Acute Care
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a PICU setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to pediatric patients in the PICU
• Perform procedures such as intubations, central lines, arterial lines, and lumbar punctures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to manage patient care
• Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate patient documentation
• Respond to pediatric traumas, including neurosurgery cases
