The Nurse Practitioner position is a full-time employment opportunity, working Monday through Friday.

Under Physician supervision the Nurse Practitioner's duties to include:

• Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan with appropriate documentation
• Ordering and reviewing diagnostic studies
• Performing annual physicals
• Managing chronic conditions
• Prescribing and managing medications
• Patient education
