Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opportunities – Hospital System-REF#001

A reputable and financially stable healthcare system is seeking multiple Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support the expansion of surgical and anesthesia services across its network of hospitals and clinics. The organization operates 8 hospitals and serves patients across 39 counties, and has been recognized among the top healthcare employers in the region by Forbes and other industry benchmarks.

Option 1: Traditional Scheduling Model

• Monday through Friday schedule

• CRNAs must be proficient in performing their own blocks and spinals

• Occasional independent practice required (unsupervised cases)

• No emergency department or weekend call

• Weekday call limited to post-surgical patient needs

Option 2: Shift-Based Model

• Two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts per week

  • Flexible scheduling options available

• 1:5 call rotation, including every 5th weekend

• Diverse case mix including:

  • Cardiac Surgery

  • Neurosurgery

  • General Surgery

  • Gastroenterology (Hospital & ASC)

  • Orthopedics

• Base Salary: $220,000 – $260,000 (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000

• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $75,000

• Relocation Assistance: $10,000
