We are a well-established and growing interventional pain management clinic at the forefront of our field seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative and patient-focused team. We offer our patients the most advanced treatment options in pain management.

 Location: Chittenden County, Vermont
 Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | No weekends or on-call
 Position Type: Permanent

About the Role:

As a key member of our clinical team, you will:

• Conduct patient assessments and follow-ups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans 
• Perform in-office procedures (training provided if needed)
• Collaborate closely with physicians and support staff
• Educate patients on pain management strategies

Qualifications:

• Active PA or NP license in Vermont
• Prefer minimum 2 years of experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• True passion for improving patients’ quality of life
• Strong desire to learn and expand skills and knowledge
