This state-of-the-art healthcare facility features specialized wound care and foot and ankle clinics. The Wound Clinic is staffed by a collaborative team of medical professionals including Physicians, Plastic Surgeons, and Podiatrists, creating an excellent environment for interdisciplinary practice and professional growth.

Opportunity:

NP/PA - Podiatry/Wound Care. This 0.6-0.8 FTE position offers expanded patient care opportunities in both the Wound Clinic and the Foot and Ankle Clinic, allowing for diverse clinical experiences and professional development.

Job Details:

• Provide care in the Outpatient Wound Clinic and assist Physicians as needed
• Manage Wound Clinic patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
• Manage Foot and Ankle patients of all ages in clinical settings and assist with inpatient consultations
• Perform medical evaluations and interpret diagnostic tests including laboratory and x-rays
• Implement treatment protocols and perform minor procedures in both wound care and Foot and Ankle clinic settings
• Provide patient education, counseling, and referrals as clinically warranted
• Monday - Friday clinic hours with no call requirements and no weekends
• Education or experience in wound and burn care, laceration repair, pediatric populations, and x-ray interpretation is desired
• Requires current licensure as NP or PA in appropriate state, current CPR certification, and national certification in applicable area

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
