Internal medicine private practice looking for a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Internal Medicine practice to work 2-3 days per week. Family Nurse Practitioner responsibilities include educating patients about disease prevention, performing diagnostic tests and managing the overall care for patients. Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to help identify and address complex medical conditions.

• Provide primary care
• Perform and order tests
• Make diagnosis
• Create care plans
• Prescribe medications
• Proven work experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or similar role
• Clinical training in family medicine
• Minimal experience needed/will train
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy 
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Flexible Schedule
• Salary based on experience
