Job Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: August 1, 2025
• End Date: October 31, 2025
• Shift: Night shifts, 12-hour duration (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
• Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center
• Patient Population: Adults
• EMR: Cerner

Job Requirements

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Acute Care
• Arizona State License
• DEA Certification
• ATLS Certification
• COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines (Medical/Religious Exemptions Allowed)

Responsibilities

• Provide care to trauma and general surgery patients
• Collaborate with dual-boarded critical care trauma surgeons
• Manage patient care in the Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit
• Ensure timely completion of medical records
• Participate in Cerner training and orientation
