Austin Geriatric Specialists (AGS) is the leading provider of excellent and evidence based geriatric care in the Austin area.

AGS is seeking a full time Advanced Practice Nurse (NP or CNS) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Southeast Austin Area.

Schedule: Monday through Friday. 40 hours/week.

Salary: Starting at $110,000+ dependent on experience. We offer a competitive BASE salary + a productivity bonus.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and skilled nursing staff.
• Experience in the clinical management of acute and chronically ill complex geriatric patients preferred but not required.
• Positive and inquisitive attitude.
• Computer skills/EHR experience preferred.

License/Training:
Texas advanced practice license with prescriptive authority. DEA not required.
