**Job Details:**

• Provider will be seeing patients ranging from 6 months to elderly
• Build your patient panel in real time
• Must have Family Medicine, Primary Care, and/or Urgent Care experience
• Experience with managing patient panels is required
• Schedule includes weekdays only with no call requirements
• Board certification is required
• BLS certification is required
• 14-day estimated credentialing timeframe
