Bothell Psychiatric Associates is seeking to hire a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health ARNP (across the Lifespan) to complement our existing staff of Psychiatrists and ARNPs. Our practice has been serving Western Washington for more than 30 years and is widely respected in the community. Our practitioners include a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist and three Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. We are a small, private, outpatient practice that is collegial, with frequent consultation among practitioners as the norm. We offer a chance to practice independently in a context featuring strong professional support from experienced colleagues. In addition, internal coverage, consultation, and easy referrals are readily available.

The ideal candidate will be a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (across the Lifespan) licensed to practice in the state of Washington (in-process licensing is acceptable for application purposes) whose areas of focus coincide with those of the practice, particularly the care of children, adolescents, and young adults with a heavy emphasis on autism spectrum disorders and disruptive mood disorders.

Our standard practice is to onboard new practitioners through a preceptorship, the duration and scheduling of which may vary, depending on the candidate. Salary for preceptorship and practice are both very competitive.
