Position Description

Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our partner’s mission-driven team in Round Rock, TX.

This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY with a flexible hybrid model and exceptional benefits.

Key Responsibilities for the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner:

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to an underserved patient population in both in-person and virtual outpatient settings.
  • Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and promote wellness, education, and preventative care.
  • Participate in a team-based approach to healthcare delivery, working alongside providers, support staff, and community partners.
  • Deliver care consistent with current standards, including screenings, diagnostics, and follow-up.
  • Contribute to organizational quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements for the WHNP:

  • Board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
  • Active and unencumbered license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Passion for providing care to underserved communities and removing barriers to access
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and telemedicine platforms
  • Able to work independently while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team
  • Experience with community outreach and emergency coordination is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary up to $125,000 annually
  • Hybrid work model (partially remote based on virtual patient panel)
