Tele Dermatologist Role | Miami–South Florida – APP Oversight | $1600/month/APP
Location: Remote (serving ZIP Code 33139 – must reside within 75 miles of this area)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon to provide remote tele dermatology services with supervisory oversight responsibilities for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This role offers flexibility, high daily compensation, and the ability to impact patient care across South Florida.

Compensation & Benefits

Daily Rate: $1,600/month per APP oversight
Malpractice Insurance: Provided
Other: Active participation in clinical decision-making, oversight, and mentorship

Employment Type: 1099 Contract – Telemedicine
Schedule: Flexible remote shifts to support local APPs

Job Responsibilities

Scope of Practice & Responsibilities

Provide tele dermatology consultation and oversight for APPs

Review and co-sign dermatologic treatment plans and encounters

Ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely care delivery

Maintain strong communication with referring providers and care teams

Qualifications

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon (MD/DO)

Resides within 75 miles of South Beach, FL (ZIP 33139)

Experience supervising APPs or working in a telemedicine model

Tech-savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Active Florida Medical License (or currently in process)

Strong organizational and team collaboration abilities

Comfortable with telehealth technology and remote care platforms

Working Hours

4-5 days/week-Flexible
