Nurse Practitioner - Behavioral Health

**Job Details:**
• Provide advanced health assessment and care to adolescent and adult patients in both clinic and inpatient settings • Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention while delivering comprehensive behavioral health services • Utilize advanced decision-making skills in a patient-centered care model • Join an enthusiastic team of 8 physicians, 3 APPs, PhD professionals, LICSWs, and RNs • Work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm in an outpatient clinic setting • Maintain high level of customer service to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues • Must possess current licensure as a registered nurse in Minnesota • Requires current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Minnesota with Mental Health Certification • Must maintain current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area • Master's degree in nursing required • Complete Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice • May be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
