**Job Details:**
• Full-time primary care position (2.0 FTE positions that have been open for almost a year) • Outpatient setting only - no hospital responsibilities • Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts beginning at 8AM • No on-call responsibilities required • Adult patient population (18+ years) • Gradual patient ramp-up with eventual average of approximately 18 patients per day • Opportunity to take over established patient panels from departed providers • May work independently once established in the practice • Will work alongside one physician and one advanced practice provider • Not responsible for supervising mid-level providers • BLS/ACLS certification preferred but not required • Position available ASAP with potential for long-term opportunity • Prefer MD/DO but will consider strong Advanced Practice Providers
