• Board-Certified - Nurse Practitioner 
• Orthopedic Extremity
• Orthopedic Spine
• Experienced in Pain, General Surgery, Spine, or Orthopedics 
• Schedule: M-F mostly 8 AM - 5 PM 
• Licensed in Texas
• No Call, No Weekends 
• Patients Ages 12 and Above 
• 25-30 PPD depending on Schedule 
• Must be able to Travel throughout the Southeast Houston 
• Salary DOE: Starting at $130K with a $10K Sign-On Bonus 
• Benefits, Retirement, PTO, CME, and 401K with 2 years of vesting up to 3.5% match
