Title: Nurse Practitioner

Location: Bronx, NY

Employment Type: Full Time, Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Compensation

Pay Range: $135000-$150000

Description

Join a dynamic team of medical professionals in a Nursing Home setting.

Provide advanced primary and specialty care to patients.

Perform physical exams and record patient medical history.

Create care plans and administer diagnostic tests.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Examine, diagnose, and treat patients.

Ensure quality care is delivered to patients.

Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases in general practice.

Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.

Order and interpret tests and diagnostic images.

Administer or prescribe treatments and vaccinations.

Consult with specialists and refer patients as needed.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program: Family or Adult Geriatrics.

Current License as a Nurse Practitioner in the Northeast Region.

National Board Certification required.

Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.

Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
