Responsibilities And Duties

Comprehensive Care Delivery:

Partner with CMOs to perform deep-dive assessments—think full-spectrum physicals, advanced diagnostics, and holistic medical histories.

Develop and implement smart, custom treatment plans for both acute issues and chronic conditions.

Treatment & Innovation

Order and interpret labs, prescribe with precision, and introduce evidence-based therapies.

Monitor patients closely, pivot treatment strategies as needed, and lead with a proactive mindset.

Prevention First

Educate patients and families on prevention strategies and lifestyle optimization.

Drive initiatives around screenings, immunizations, and long-term health planning.

Elite Collaboration

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with multidisciplinary teams and specialists.

Facilitate seamless care coordination and consult with top-tier experts when needed.

Hands-On Clinical Skills

Perform essential procedures including phlebotomy, IV insertion, and EKGs.

Be prepared to lead urgent visits independently—yes, even on weekends when needed.

Documentation Excellence

Keep thorough, timely, and compliant patient records, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

Ethical Practice

Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards. Respect patient rights, privacy, and dignity at all times.

Requirements

5-10 years' experience as NP or PA

BLS certification from American Heart Association

Capable and experienced with relevant procedures including but not limited to vaccination, phlebotomy, catheterization, intravenous line placement, medication administration by IV, IM and nebulizer

Adaptability to gain training and demonstrate competencies in a variety of point of care testing modalities and devices

Salary : $170000 - $190000
