Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative healthcare team in an employee health center setting. This role focuses on providing comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients in a supportive, team-based environment.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• No nights or weekends required
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care services in a clinic setting
• Provide episodic care for low-acuity urgent needs
• Manage chronic conditions for adult patients
• Offer acute care for pediatric patients (ages 2+)
• Perform CLIA-waived testing
• Dispense prescription medications
• Collaborate with clinical staff on wellness initiatives
• Provide one-on-one health coaching and patient education
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific)
• Minimum 3 years of independent NP experience in family or internal medicine
• Current DEA license and dispensing authorization
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for health promotion and patient education
